I am creating an online web-application using tomcat,i want to send e-mail when a user is registered.I have no idea about it.Please,
help me.

Read up on the Java sendmail API.

Everything you need is in this forum or via Googling Java examples.

The API's exact name is JavaMail. And, of course, you need access to an SMTP server to use it.
