How much salary can I ask for 2.7 Yrs J2EE experience? (generally)

Dear All,
I'm working in top mnc in India as J2EE developer with 2.7 yrs of experince. Currently my CTC is 1.92 L/Annum (Indian Rupee), now I'm planning to change my job (due to low salary). So how much salary can I expect in my next company? I'm planning to negotiate for 4L/Annum (Indian Rupee). Is this reasonable or too large amount? Any Indians guide me on this?
I know it lot depends on my skills and other factors but I'm asking generally how much 2.7+ yr developer earns, so that I can plan for negotiation

You don't state where you are looking, what industry, etc. For example, what you would expect in New York is vastly different that what you would expect in Omaha. Working for a non-profit (even a global one) would be different than working for a hi-tech industry.
