Hello all I have a problem with Linux/windows encoding.

I recover a String value from request which is a product price (in my application)
But when I receive the price from Linux, It's work correctly with following code:



I correctly get "2 400" but when I try with windows I get for exemple following value "2 400"
I found a old code which do:


But with this previous encoding it's doesn't correctly format my float "2 400" with linux ...

any one have an idea what I can use in order to work with twice system ? I cannot modify JSP, or request encoding
