I had used
https://www.tropo.com/ for one of my apps some time back. Today I had logged in to my Tropo account as I am trying out something new. I noticed there was some snafu in the billing and I was charged an excess for some service which I did not consume.
I raised a ticket and within a few hours I got those charges reversed.
Not only do those guys really have some cool technology working, but their customer support really rocks!
Got to love Tropo
