After the Apple Samsung court battle, now M$ has jumped into the ring.

Do you think this would result in a lawsuit? Do you feel usability features should be free for all to implement without the fear of patent infringement?
Discuss.

The way things go it might cause a lawsuit. Maybe usability things should be free, but that is not necessarily how patent legislation works. There may have been some agreement which we don't know about however, and that would be a private matter between the two companies.
