Please supply more details: how much do you know already? How much tutoring do you need? How much are you paying? Are you sitting any exams?

I am a fresher on this. I need to complete it in 30-45 days. Daily an hour of training should work. Budge is not huge as I am a student.

You will have to supply more details of what you want, what you are doing, and how much you are paying. If you can't afford to pay anything, say so.

An hour a day over 45 days is 45 hours, or about 6 working days. You could probably do this better via the various free online tutorials from Oracle:

For Oracle 11g: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/index.htm

For Oracle 12c: http://docs.oracle.com/database/121/index.htm

e.g. 2-day Oracle 12c DBA: https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/ADMQS/toc.htm

Download Oracle RDBMS (e.g. the free Oracle XE is based on 11g but includes most of the core PL/SQL packages and DBA tools I think) and start working through the free learning materials from Oracle.
