15) Charlemagne
The life of King Charles
For someone who supposedly liked foreigners and was hospitable to them under his roof he also went to war often.

He really deserved a place in this list. According to some Bangaladeshi sources, he killed nearly 3 million civilians. Some Bangaladeshi Rancher can correct me if I am wrong (Mr. Uzzman?).

PM: Well, I would have had Stalin at #2 position on my list if not for his willingness to participate in the allied side of WW2. He could have very well tilted towards the axis (which he actually did before things soured between him and Hitler) in which case he would have been definetly #2 on my list.
"things soured between him and Hitler" -- you mean when Germany invaded the USSR??? What else could Stalin do if not participate in the allied side?

Friendly Dictators
Understood that the actions may not have been taken with malicious intent at start but even a small child learns not to play with fire once it has burnt its fingers.

How do they get the deer to cross at the signs? Or to read this tiny ad?
