pervious start of Tomcat is not shutdown properly

I know my pervious start of Tomcat is not shutdown properly. so I could not able to startup now. How to fix the problem

What version of Tomcat, which operating system? what happens when your run the shutdown.bat or .sh? Did you install Tomcat as a service?
