What is the difference when we write code in header of html tag and when we write it in the body tag.

Hello "badrinath ch"-

Welcome to JavaRanch.

On your way in you may have missed that JavaRanch has a policy on display names, and yours does not comply with it - please adjust it accordingly, which you can do right here. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

Enyoy your time here.

As to your question, the HTML code for displaying content goes into the body. The header is for different purposes, not for actual content. You can find more information in the relevant section of the HTML standard.

Hi Ulf
Thanks for your reply.
I have changed my display name, hope now it suits javaranch
naming policy now. This is my actual name and am not using
any other name.
Thanks for providing the link.
