The book sounds helpful to me although I am not working in the organization.
A group project is coming in the next few weeks, group of four people should be formed, as a 'powerless leaders', how can I solve some problems that two classmates will not co-operate together. Which management model(process) is suitable for a small group(software team)? And does the book cover how to be a good leader?
thanks for your time
