I guess that would depend on what you're doing there, and where you're going. While it is great to be able to speak a bit of the language used in a place you visit, it need not be a problem if you don't in many places. For example, in a great many countries in Europe people speak enough English to have simple conversations with you.Originally posted by Tony Alicea:
