Reason of creating interface(s), is to provide a flexibility and adaptability to new behavior at run time, to existing Apps without change. This also help to define protocol to be supported and provide one single/one Face to the external word.

Hope that you full fill your need.
I am going through different aspects of Hadoop and always start comparing it with RDBMS. Just wanted to know - Is database really slow with huge/big data. If yes, why is it slow?
Does it mean - data search with 1 MB of data is faster than 1 TB of Data inside Database? If correct, that means search in database does not scale in linear fashion?
Other reason:
Is it because data seems to be more structured and hence, due to more data and to fetch the required data, it has to jump from table to table (due to FK relationship with other tables), (in other words reading data from different Disk sector takes time. Example - Table 1 data is inside sector 1, table 2 in sector 100. To get the complete data, read operation is must from both the tables), that finally increase the disk seeks operation. Disk seek operation make data base search really slow.
Please correct my understanding or share your thoughts on the top of it.

Got total experience of more than 10 years but still the Designation is Lead. Lead in India is more over like a Tech Lead/ Project Lead. On comparison with other friends, I found my designation is far less than others. Most of them have touched above Project Manager/Delivery Manager/System architects. This make me feel bit disappointed. I agree that my designation is less than other(s) However salary could be at par than others Or could be slighlty more.

Trying to find out the reason that Why my designation is less than others. Is it due to that fact that I changed the company very frequently... What do you think?

First company 5 years, Second 1 year, Third 1 year and current one 3+ years.

I am lacking in dealing Diplomaticly with Managers and all. Please suggest How should I take it / what should I do now?

one Intern guy has recently joined my company in Bangalore and asked me this Question.

As per my understanding, it is not possible to do it.

I just want to validate my understanding.

After Second round, HR asked me "How was the interview"? I said "So far look positive to me". HR also confirmed that, the other person who is not in office today, will start the next process on Monday.

Few days back, I have gone through the interview process for [Company], Bangalore and got failed. The only point that is killing me, I could not understand WHY I failed? Even after second round of interview, I was under illusion that at least, there should be third round of interview. But finally got a mail stating that "Skill does not matches with the requirement".

Myself have gone through two rounds of interview, including assignment and Technical discussion. [Company] kicks me out after second round.

I want to know from the community that "What skill set person should have to crack, my Dream company like [Company]" . Is it something like, they need people from very good institute like IITS and others. Do they expect that all the candidate should have at least contributed to Open Source? Are they looking at the person, having lot of innovative ideas? Or the candidate should be exceptionally good in all repsect including technical, archtitectural and communication.

I must highlight that it depends on the Interviewer also, How he/she takes the interview. As per me, taking an interview is also an art and all the person having good experience, good technical knowledge, does not have that. . Interviewer should be able to extract/judge the best of the Interviewee.

Can anybody let me know on this? I am getting confused that how it is different from OMG UML certification exam.
I have written to the OMG also to reduce the cost of exam.
In order to prepare, one has to be more methodlogical. Recomened books can reduce a lot of effort and finally, the result would be good.
Jan Cumps - The books required to prepare for the exam is very costly. Can you please suggest how to go about it as far as preparation is concerned? You help would be greatly appreciated.
Write you own comparator and then trying comparing both the arrays.

Numeric value is same for both and that's why it is treated as the decimal literal.
