Thank U Jothi and Srinivas.

Now Reg Whizlab, its good one.. some of the question are very interesting. Plenty of good questions are there. I heard many people complaint that Whizlab software has spoiled their system etc.But it never gives me any "machine hanging" problem. In short, if you want to get good score you should buy both MZ quiz and Whizlab.

Now reg "how much span of time you got all of these", here is my post for other Sun exam experiance in Javaranch:-
1.SCJP
2.SCBCD
3.SCWCD
4.SCEA

This is my 5th Sun certification and really it was the toughest as you have to remember many many things. My voucher was going to expire on Tuesday, hence I appeared for the exam on Monday. I missed only one question on "Endpoint Design and Architecture".Material used:-
1. RMH Full
2. Watsh Rajneesh's note
3. MZ notes and quiz
4. Whizlab Test
5. xyzws mock
Plenty of questions on BP and security. Do as many mock as possible. Thanks everybody.

Thanks all!

For amar kasar :-

I managed to do it in 15 days because most of the thing I managed either from my previous reading Or from experiance(4.5 yrs). For example I did not read "Design Pattern" at all- Similarly no requirement for reading Filter chapter also. Most of the DD tags and Session were know to me from experiance . But I was not so familiar with custom tag. So, whereever gap was there , it was filled up by GREAT HFSJ book. I didnot expect I will struggle in "Servlet Tech Model" or "JSP standard action". Actually I should have read those area more carefully.

For the exam taker: -

Be sure you know the clear difference among 1) include file= .... 2) jsp:include and 3) c:import. I got around 4 questions in this area which requires clear understanding of these 3 elements. Try to write some code in this area.

For Design Pattern, you may read Core J2EE pattern if you want to get more than whatever is there in HFSJ last chapter .

Read each and every "BANG" and "Dumb question" of HFSJ-- these are really important for the exam. So, dont miss it!!

Next I will try to give SCDJWS. But alas! No Head First is there! So, let me see how it can be managed.

This is my 4th Certification in Sun series. I have qualified with 84%.

About the Exam:-
I prepared for 15 days.As usual I used Head First Book. A very few mock! The book very well covers the topic which is needed for the exam. Carefully read the "Bang" portion of the book.

2 hr 15 min is good time -- so I didnt have any time problem(Which I had in my SCBCD exam).

I feel "Servlet Tech Model"-- request , response was really tough to me. May be this area we use day to day basic thats why Sun made it tricky.

One more topic is "JSP standard action"--here I got many many complicated question.
Session Management questions were very tricky-- unless I read the question very carefully , You may select wrong answer.

Many questions are there in DD portion -- but everything is covered in HFSJ.

Many people complaint about Design pattern --but I am fresh from SCEA, I didnot prepare for Design Pattern at all and I got full marks there.

Other topics are Okay.

All these feedback I giving as per my question paper! You may have totally different opinion when you will give your exam -- best of luck!

Thanks for the clarification.
I am going to purchase Whizlab Mock for SCDJWS exam. In their Website they said that there will be 207 question but I saw in one Javaranch Link that it actually contains 69 questions NOT 207 questions. So, can anybody clarify how many questions are available in Whizlab mock for SCDJWS--is it 69 OR 207 questions?
Thanks Svent.

Frank , I got the Clue.... . Thank u!
I am in doubt with the following UML syntax. Could you please put your comment:-

I have the following classes:
  • Customer
  • ContactInfo
  • Address

  • Now Customer has Composition realtionship with ContactInfo and ContactInfo has composition relation with Address

So, in my UML diagram do I have to show like in Option A OR
    in Option B

    ---------
    Option A |
    ---------

    . . . . .. . . Compostion . . . . . . . . . Compostion
    Customer----------------->ContactInfo------------------->Address

    -------------
    Option B |
    -------------

    . . . . . .. . Compostion
    Customer----------------->ContactInfo------------------->Address

That is my doubt is : as Cutomer has Composition relation with ContactInfo, is it implicit that ContactInfo has composition relation with Address i.e is it okay to show as in Option B OR I have to show Explicitly as show in Option A

Forgive me if it is too easy question.
