Not entirely sure if this is the right place...

Does anyone know of any software that will autogenerate me a basic ER diagram from a given postgres (or the SQL creation scripts) database? I've done it paper and pen for a while, and for my own personal use, I'm not looking (or needing) a larger software package to do all of it...

I did the old google search, but i got almost all 30-day trials for larger software packages for comprehensive db management.

Any tips in the right direction are greatly appreciated!

You could try ER Modeller (http://ermodeller.tigris.org) a free open source tools that claims reverse engineering (I did not use this tool)

Good luck.
