Does anyone know where you can download this utility?
It's not an IDE, however, it's alot better than working in DOS.
I downloaded it a while back and use it on my home PC, but I can't find the web-site I got it from.

There are a lot of free editors out there. The one I use now is commercial, so I'm not hip anymore to what is free.
I do recall that there was an all java editor called jEdit that looked promising.
