Please explain why all the positions look the same with the exception of salary.
You actually have those 5 positions with those ranges? If so, ok.

With this opportunity specifically, the client needs a number of different java designers at different skill levels for the same project. In my previous posting I had only specified a salary range and this was rejected by the moderator, so therefore I had to list it this way for it to remain posted.

Hi Jeff,
Just curious to know what kind of projects is your client working on? Is it finanical stuff, B2b etc?
I might be able to help you will finding qualified people for the lower end positions if required. I know a few indaviduals who are looking for Java jobs. One of them is a Sun certified Java 2 programmer.

Hi Jeff,
I am a SCJP(83%)with more than 2yrs of experience.At present I am working on a web-based ERP application with Java,Oracle under Linux,this project is scheduled to get over by the end of this yr.Server side java i.e JDBC,SERVLETS 2.3,JSP 1.2,RMI,EJB 2.0 are my area of strength.I do have a brain bench certification for Java 1.0, Java 2.0,JSP 1.0, EJB .
I am open to a challenging offer ,in which I can see my growth as an individual.please let me know whether the client is ready for visa sponsors or not?

Its in Canada...
And there are no H1B visas' in Canada

Yes they do. But you were asking for H1 visas. Thats a American visa, not canadian. People dont read! they just answer blindly.
