Bare bones requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years experience using jsp, servlets, and jdbc.
Things that will open the door quickly:
Having a compfort zone in Websphere or Weblogic, any experience with the iLog rules engine

I appreciate your response Aswanth, and your initiative. For right now, it is hard to bring candidates for over seas. There are many people here on H-1b work visas that cannot find work.
