Can anyone suggest a book or other way of improving a team development scenario that is more extensive than what is included with visual age or in the redbooks.

Is "Visualage for Java Enterprise Version 2 Team Support", SG24-5245, among the redbooks you have seen? As I recall, it carries over to VAJ 3.5/4.0 well.

What in particular would you like help with? I've got some internal (IBM) whitepapers on team development for VisualAge that I could possibly excerpt from if I had a better understanding of what your problem is.
