How can I create an executable file (using JBuilder4) for a Java application? I want the file to be run on many computers.

the smart way to do it is using a tool.
usually you can also choose whether a jre should get packed with it or if you just want to have a run.bat / run.sh file generated.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
