Hi, i'm new to Java and have started my learning process using Sun One (Forte). I'm stuck on a problem with setting(Changing) the NBCachedRowSet data in a jComboBox and was wondering if anyone has got a link to any documentation for NBCachedRowSets so i can learn to use them a little more efficiently. I can't seem to locate the documentation that is supposed to be supplied with the IDE. Maybe someone out there has some info they can post for me to read ... TIA

The best place to learn about the API is from the java docs on the Sun website. You can also download the docs to store on your computer.

Thnx for the speedy reply ....
I've already checked through every bit of documentation i can find ... i've been searching for ages and ages ... i gotta get this program working or my manager is gonna freak out haha.
NBCachedRowSet is a Netbeans type for storing a cachedRowSet, i need to figure out how get to each peace of data and store it in a vector so i can populate a JComboBox with the vector. i thought it would have been something like :-
nBCachedRowSet1.getObject();
or :-
nBCachedRowset2.getString();
but that doesn't work
i've only been coding Java or about 2 months and my head is spinning. lol
any information or ideas. I would be extremely grateful TIA
