Seeking Recommendation for Java Code Generator

Hi all.
Does anyone have any good experience with Java code generators that you can recommend for W98? All I need are boilerplates.

I'm not certain whether you're after a tool, such as an IDE that will provide you with templates and wizards, or if you're after an API. But I'm reasonably certain you're after a tool.
So, I'm moving this to the IDEs and Other Tools forum...

I don't understand why you added W98, because the JVM is depending on a certain OS and not java. Maybe you can take a look at http://sourceforge.net/ or even http://www.apache.org/ for some open source projects. There are really a lot of useful projects over there.
