Dear Experts
Can someone help me how can I debug Java 1.1 project ?
I started to use NetBeans 3.5 with DebuggerTools module, but I'm new to NetBeans and I don't know how to use it. It reports an exception:
Annotation: Exception occurred in Request Processor
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

Thanks to all in advance.

The JVMDI (Java Virtual Machine Debugger Interface), which all modern debuggers are based on, was introduced, I believe, in JDK 1.3; so these debuggers simply can't work with an older JVM.
The old JDK should come with a copy of the command-line debugger "jdb" however, and perhaps you could use that instead.
