Please, can somebody help me with a link to where I can get some free Tutorials on how to use JDeveloper or even JBuilder. I want to learn one of these IDEs so that I can start up a project using them.

You can find the information about using JBuilder from borland's site. www.borland.com

For JDeveloper information go to http://otn.oracle.com/products/jdev
You should probably start with Oracle JDeveloper 10g - 9i is the old version.
There are tutorials, online demo and code samples all linked from that page.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
