Could anyone give me names of vendors that have developed products similar to IBM's WSAD. Also what is WSAD's relation to agile software development, is there any?

Borland JBuilder, Oracle JDeveloper, IntelliJ IDEA, MyEclipseIDE. In fact, MyEclipseIDE is closest to WSAD since they're both essentially just a commercial set of plugins on top of Eclipse.

There is no relation between the two.

I almost agree. There's no real relation between the two. But any IDE (including WSAD) can be used for the development part of agile software development. Also, note that WSAD (and again most other IDEs) offer Junit and Ant support.
