company which has a opening for Sr. CRM developer/architect to join the team.
The company is developing niche, highly defensable,
enabling technology for Web, Grid and next generation
wireless services. It is founded by experienced
founders and backed by one of the largest venture
funders. The company has patent, product, customers,

Senior CRM Application Developer/Architect
Responsibilities
. Work with other engineers, architects from both
application and platform side to deliver multi-tier
thin client enterprise applications.
. Deliver software products that meet market needs
with respect to functionality, performance,
scalability, reliability, realistic implementation
schedules, and adherence to development goals and
principles
. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation,
and rollout system changes
. Identify project risks and make recommendations to
manage the risks.
. Provide field support to sales teams, technical
support and customers.
. Design, implement, document and
test complex,
multi-tier distributed software applications.
. Interpret product requirements from product
marketing
. Write engineering specifications and hold design
review meetings
. Design data models, graphical user interface of
application
. Design algorithms to implement business logic
. Evaluate application development tools
. Provide requirements and feedback to other engineers
Required Qualifications
. MS or higher in computer science
. 5+ years industry experience delivering commercial
enterprise application software products that
generate product revenues
. Requirements analysis, design, coding and testing of
scalable, distributed, mission-critical
enterprise applications
. Linux operating systems
.
Java,
JSP,
Servlet, Apache,
Tomcat . Application server programming experience, e.g.
WebLogic, WebSphere,
JBOSS . Commercial relational database programming
experience (Oracle, DB2, mySQL)
. Large data model design experience (> 50 tables)
. Graphical user interface development experience,
both thin-client and fat-client
. XML and web services programming experience
. Customization and upgrade technologies experience
. Multi-tier multi-user system performance-tuning
experience
. Worked in structured engineering environments with
established engineering processes
. Proven results-oriented person with a delivery focus
. Team-player with good communication skills
. Can work independently with critical thinking
. Do-whatever-it-takes commitment
