rules round up not working

hi,
the rules round up applet is not working though other applets are working fine on my compu.what's wrong? can anybody help?

hi satya,
no i am not behind any firewall.i have the complete java 1.2 sdk with jre and is able to run the example applets of the sun's tutorial (downloaded on my hard disk) but applets i made and applets on site(javaranch) are not working.don't know why
please help

are you running Sun's example applets with the appletviewer or with your browser?

i am sorry and actually the applets are running (in IE 5.5)while i am online and not when i try them after downloading.how to configure for making them run (which were running few weeks back)
