by using ecllipse

I'm afraid I don't understand what your need is. Could you be a bit more elaborate/specific?

i want to use java api
or we can say java documentation
that we generally download from java.sun.com

to see the hierarchy of all the package used in java

If you mouse over a class, Eclipse shows you a portion of the JavaDoc. The full JavaDoc is also accessible from the help menu.
