I have been tasked with creating a pretty complicated applet and I want to know if Eclipse has components that you can drag and drop to build Swing/Applet applications.

Back in school I used Microsoft Interdev to create Visual Basic applications and you could very easily drag and drop form controls (buttons, text boxes etc) to the application, and I am looking for an IDE that will allow me to do this for Swing/Applets.

Is this possible with Eclipse?

Eclipse Visual Editor. There are several others, both free and commercial.
