Hi, I was trying to find the "Run As" command in Eclipse as I did have in the office... I'm trying to run a simple Java Swing Application at home... I right clicked on the class that has the main method but I couldn't run it... I've done nothing so far since I last installed eclipse on my computer so I don't know why this would happen... Did I forget something? It seems like the compiler is not integrated with my IDE or something...

Did you download the whole SDK, or only the smaller "Eclipse Platform" download? Do you have the normal Java wizards, syntax highlighting, etc?

I think I downloaded only the Exlipse Platform (IDE). I don't have the Java Wizards and Syntax Highlighting...

OK, cool. So just delete what you have and start over. Download the whole SDK here , install it, and you'll be in good shape.

I'm so happy! And I wish to make this tiny ad happy too:
