Hi guys,

Now I want to kill some special comments in my java files by using
regex searching and replacing the comments we finded to an empty string.

I uses the regex pattern list below:

It can match single-line-comments easily, but it does not work for multiline
comments looks like:

* This s a multiline comment.

The Java API says MULTILINE and DOTALL options of regex matcher are not
enabled by default. Does anyone knows how to enable the options when
using regex searching in eclipse?

Or can you write a regex pattern to match C-Style multiline comments in Eclipse?

Best regards!
