IE-style Favorites in Eclipse

Is there any way (or perhaps a plugin available) to create IE-style Favorites in Eclipse?

I know about the Bookmarks view and this works OK and I can even group related bookmarks (for specific projects) by assigning unique prefixes to the bookmark names and filtering for those I am interested in.

However, what I really would like to do is set up bookmarks similiar to the Favorites menu in Internet Explorer, i.e. grouped into folders and perhaps subfolders.

Any ideas?

It shouldn't be too hard to write a plugin to do that. Check the Eclipse plugins sites and see if someone already has.
