how to set the program arguments in eclipse 3.2

in the new eclipse 3.2 where can I set the program arguments when I like to run program?
in the old eclipse you just could set them in the arguments tab but now there is some kind of variables involved
can it work as the old eclipse?

Just create a new run configuration, there's a tab where you can set program and VM parameters.
