Hi Guys : Im running eclipse on a network file system. It seems to run very slow... Are there ways to speed it up ? Maybe to cache certain files in memory ? -j

Eclipse can run pretty slow on Windows Networking, too. I finally ended up keeping my workspaces local and doing daily/milestone CVS snapshots.
