I want to develop some open source project,
and I want to involve other members also in the project.
So my problem is to find some site in which I can check in my source code so that others can checkout my code and develop.

I haven't used any of them, but if you google "free cvs hosting", a number of places come up.

For open source, you can also look into hosting on sourceforge.

and don't assume that people will come flocking to your project just because you put it on the net (at least not people with the skills and experience to do it any good).
