Integrating google web toolkit with eclipse

I have downloaded the google web toolkit but I don't know how to integrate it with eclipse. Can someone help me to do this.

Google has a write up that includes a section on Eclipse. Have you seen it yet? If so, which step are you stuck on?

But still I'm not clear about what they have mentiond here. Please someone help me to cope up with this. I want to design an interface using GWT(better if it is drag and drop) so is there any plugin which works with Eclipse.
