Sorry, that seems impolite and we try and be polite on the JavaRanch. But seriously, my experience is that with Eclipse plugins, the added features don't always leap out at you, so even if the install went clean, you may need some product-specific training to know how to use them.
Unfortunately, all too often the training/demo is some #$%#$#@*@!!! Flash animation - and Flash won't play on my 64-bit desktop.
The secret of how to be miserable is to constantly expect things are going to happen the way that they are "supposed" to happen.
You can have faith, which carries the understanding that you may be disappointed. Then there's being a willfully-blind idiot, which virtually guarantees it.
