Senior Software Engineer:
Senior, Design, Architecture, strong J2EE.

Integration Engineer:
Mid to senior-level J2EE Engineer, coordination & communications skills, Consulting background a plus, Technical lead on adapter development and all repeat integration work
Will be part of a new Integration Team that will consist of a Director, a Project manager, Integration Engineer, and an Offshore team with a lead and two engineers.
This person that would have to be willing to work in a contained repeatable role that involves working with product management, project management and customers in getting customer requirements, identify all the technical components needed to be done, assigning some of the work to offshore, doing the more complex pieces himself/herself (maybe new adapter or custom rule), working with customer on setup, testing and acceptance. Would have to be an enterprising, technically capable, customer-friendly and offshore-friendly person, who is happy to do that role and is not looking become a senior designer/architect, but perhaps grow into a more responsible and independent lead role in the integration area.
Some experience with EJB/JMS/WebServices required, but doesn�t have to be expert level

Software Engineer:
Junior to Mid-level Java engineer, provides maintenance, development & integration support, as needed, can grow into a designer role
Must have an aspiration and aptitude to go up the design/architecture food chain. Ideally a smart, energetic, mid-level engineer with strong Java/JSP/Servlet skills, with knowledge but not expertise of EJB/JMS/WebServices.
