I am trying to use the Napkin lookandfeel from http://napkinlaf.sourceforge.net/ but cant seem to get it working.

In my "main" method I call:

UIManager.setLookAndFeel(new NapkinLookAndFeel());

The NapkingLookAndFeel class is the right one. I've also imported the right package.

However, when running the code I get an "UnsupportedClassVersionError". What does this mean?

Your compiling it in a higher version (ex. 1.5), but your default jre may be a lower version, this situation is achieved when you install an older version after installing a newer version of your jre.

You need to change your settings so that the compiler compliance level is lower or equal to the version the JRE used in your launch configuration.
