We are looking for experienced and qualified developers for our projects nationwide.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent, and five years of related experience and/or training, or combination of education and experience; expertise in Analysis, Design and Development of Complex applications, working knowledge in all phases of software lifecycle; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; willingness to travel; and ability to lead a development team. Required qualifications include experience in design and development of web-based applications using Java and J2EE technologies including JSP, EJB, and JDBC; experience with SQL; knowledge / experience with XML; and experience in analysis, development and testing of complex Web-based systems. Preferred qualifications include working knowledge of BEA Weblogic application server, Oracle database, experience with either Eclipse or Forte Java IDE, and experience with design and development methodologies, including OOAD.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Performs functional analysis and design for small to moderate projects.
2.Performs technical analysis.
3.Develops code for modules of small to large scope.
4.Lead a team of developers.
5.Provides application support/troubleshoot a variety of problems.
6.Performs/supports user acceptance testing and unit testing.
7.Participates in group discussions with peers or external groups.
8.Works with external vendors, when necessary.
9.Performs data modeling / database design work.
10.Writes concise and clear technical documents.
