How do I get my programs set up to use the debugging tool? I would like to test my entire project and am having trouble getting it to run properly.

Also, is there a object model diagram tool with Eclipse?

What problems did you run into? Are you testing a standalone Java program or something that runs on an application server? Which one?

There are a lot of link on how to debug using eclipse, even a remote application.
