� The HR Manager will have responsibility for identifying and implementing strategic HR Solutions / programs / processes and / or initiatives to meet the business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Key areas of responsibility include:
� Talent management / talent planning.
� Employee Retention.
� Employee motivation, reward & recognition programs.
� Career development planning.
� Performance management and coaching.
� Organization design / resource deployment / onsite deputation planning.
� Change management, teambuilding, compensation and employee relations.
� Provide organization effectiveness, guidance / support for employees.
� Lead and / or contribute to initiatives designed to foster a global culture of innovation.
� Recommend process improvements for internal HR processes / CMMi process.
� Implement MS Axapta for the HR department.
� Special project assignments as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
=================
� Professional degree in HR Management from a reputed institution. Masters degree preferred.
� 9 + years of total experience in a structured and medium corporate HR function. Min 4yrs in IT.
� Key competencies include: strong verbal and written communications skills, teamwork, strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to influence others, problem solve and interface/build relationships at all levels of management.
� Good computer skills are a must for this position.
� Ability to work independently, proven track record leading various initiatives within HR, ability to work with individuals at all levels o the organization, drive for results and initiative.
� 6 years of experience in progressive HR practices including recruitment, training and development, performance management, HR MIS, HR policies and procedures.
