I try to learn the Java Web Service tutorial. Now I am running the first Tomcat example. I have set all of the environment varibles as the tutorial, it still can not work. What is the problem? The varibles are set as following:
ANT_HOME = D:\Programming\Java\Ant
JAVA_HOME = D:\Programming\Java\J2SDK142
classpath = .;D:\Programming\Java\J2SDK142\lib;D:\Programming\Java\J2SDK142\bin; D:\Programming\Java\Ant\bin; D:\Programming\Java\Ant\lib
path = D:\Programming\Java\J2SDK142\bin; D:\Programming\Java\JWSD\jwsdp-shared\bin; D:\Programming\Java\ant\bin;
But it still can not work. Can u reply? Thanks in advance.

From the ant website , I saw " To build and use Ant, you must have a JAXP-compliant XML parser installed and available on your classpath". In order to use Xerces2, a GNUPG is needed. So many things.
Can someone give a simple example to use the ant? Thanks!

By the Way, an error always appears:
ant is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
in the first case.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
