Trafficmac is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The Senior Software Engineer will own a major subsystem of the enterprise application. In conjunction with the Architect and other members of the engineering team, s/he will design and develop and the application.

�Mentoring of junior developers
�Working with integration partners
�Working with professional services team
�Documentation
The web application is used by enterprises around the globe. The development teams consists of approximately 25 people distributed between the US and India.
Job Requirements �Bachelor's degree in CS (or equivalent), Advanced degree a plus
�4+ years experience as a software engineer
�2+ years of
Java web development, specifically
JSP,
Servlets, and MVC frameworks (
Struts,
JSF and Spring MVC)
�Experience EJB�s
�Experience with web services (e.g. XML,
SOAP) and/or integrating web applications with third party servers a plus
�Knowledge of Perl a big, big, plus
�Comfort with Linux production servers
�Strong communication skills
�Ability to grasp the business, not just the technology
�Offshoring experience a plus
�Knowledge of the advertising industry, or any ad server (e.g. Doubleclick, 24/7) a big plus
