G1440, LLC is a full service IT Consulting and Staffing Company based in Baltimore, Maryland. We offer our employees and consultants exciting projects, competitive salaries and benefits, and the opportunity to work in both our Development Solutions Center in Baltimore and at our Baltimore area client sites.

We are currently searching for multiple Java/J2EE Developers to join our team. These individuals should be willing to work primarily on projects at client sites in the Baltimore area. You will be a full-time G1440 employee with full benefits.

Your first assignment will be 2 years on site at a dynamic, growing financial product company in Hunt Valley. You will join an energized team in the development of an innovative new product that is already in use by many well-known companies. You will be a senior contributor on the Java team. This team currently has 6 Java Developers; due to the signing of a 2-year contract with a large, well-known bank, they need to add 5 to 6 additional Java Developers to their team.

Requirements: Senior level Java development experience with strong J2EE and WebLogic experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with MOST of the following:

**EJBs, JMS, XML, Struts, MQSeries, and Oracle
**Enterprise development in a clustered environment
**Time/performance constraints and high availability
**UML, Junit, Jprobe, Perl
**Development and/or deployment on Unix and/or Linux
**Any experience with financial services and/or transaction-based services is a strong plus.

Dedicated, team-oriented people will work best in this environment. This development group works very well together. The environment is hard working and dedicated but very reasonable. There is a development process in place.

G1440 benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD, and Life Insurance. Current Java development projects at our Baltimore Development Center include ongoing work on our Builder1440 product, a salesforce automation system for homebuilders; I1440, a web-based federal compliance software for colleges and universities; and a claims management system for a large hospital.

Please visit our website at www.g1440.com to see all of our current open positions.
