Hi,
I am trying to run a fortran program on RedHat Linux which accesses some binary data files. These scripts and binary data files were originally on a Sun machine. The same binary data files are being used (Can this be a cause for error ?) and the program was recompiled on Linux.
I am getting the following incomprehensible error when I run the program:
----------------------------------------------
start: end of file
apparent state: unit 26 named /oradir/reauser/may96/omef_05_may/emiss.all.rC.050524.ldeq05.noxsip_tier2.a0
last format: list io
lately reading sequential unformatted external IO
----------------------------------------------
Any tips would be highly appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
Anoop

Are any of the output messages, you show in your post, generated by the code? That could be the reason that they are hard to read.

Hi Chris,
I'm really not sure .. though I'll check. My guess is that the last line of the error message may not be from the code.
Thanks,
Anoop
