Hi guys,
I need to generate report and store it to a fixed location using saveTofile method.. and run servlet using servletrunner in cgi UNIX (without going to the browser). I need to create a shell script consisting;
/syntax for servletrunner/ABReport?option=EQReport&....&saveTofile=true&name=DailyReport
Does anybody have any idea on how to do this?

I don't know if I understand what you're asking, but if you mean that you want a process that will pull a report from an HTTP server (servletrunner) and save it to a file in a non-GUI batch process, one way is with the "wget" utility:
wget http://localhost:8080/StatusReport?department=accounting
You can also use "lynx" - the console text-mode browser.
A web page generally comes from multiple sources (base text, images, etc.) and these programs realize that, so their normal output isn't a simple text file you can just pipe stdout from, but with the right option settings, you should be able to get what you need.
