Could anyone help? I have the following script:
if %1a==a goto argm
set _lib="lib\appcomponents.jar;lib\javax.jar;lib\jakarta-oro-2.0.1.jar;lib\jaxp.jar;lib\parser.jar;lib\Activation.jar;lib\mail.jar;lib\NetComponents.jar;lib\sevlet.jar;lib\applicator_ sync.jar;lib\application.jar"
java -classpath %_lib% com.datasource.sync.Applicator %1
goto end
:argm
echo argument missing : startODD [-option] where option could be All or One
:end

Well, since this appears to be a Microsoft DOS script, I guess you WOULD be having problems!

Without knowing a little more about your system, I can't be sure, but the following should be a Unix equivalent:

Put the above into a file called startODD (note, no "extension") and make it executable by typing .
Then you should be able to run your application.
I see that some of your jar files have mixed-case names ("NetComponents.jar", "Activation.jar" and so on). As a side note, remember that Unix, Linux etc. have case-sensitive filesystems, so make sure that the names listed in this file are exactly the same as the actual names of the files.
I hope this helps.

Since it includes mail.jar and activation.jar, I think Activation.jar should be activation.jar, since javamail requires JAF to work.

Well, that was my guess, but you never really know what people may have renamed files as
