Could you tell me where I can download cygwin2.0,with which I want to develop my java program in window NT.Actually,I try to download Cygwin1.3,but it is so large package,I failed to download.

It seems the latest is 1.3.3
Another thing is from past experience. Usually software is not going any smaller from 1.3.3 to 2.0.
The reason: 2.00 > 1.33
I reasoned this out from my elementary school math.
