While my Linux server is running to start, it states an error . It says " checking root filesystem ..
Contains a file system with errors ,check forced,
You can use Ctrl-D to restart or type password to fix the problem"
I type my root password , but I don't know how to fix it. Anyone knows?

You need to use the "fsck" command to check and repair the filesystem. This is the same command which was run at startup and found the problem in the first place, but you need to run it with different arguments.
See "man fsck" for more details.
