Something recently happened to my XP/Slackware dual boot and now I have a computer that won't boot. I tried reinstalling XP, but LILO is still around and I'm guessing that's what is between me and Windows working again.
Should I just re-install Slackware, then uninstall LILO, then try to run the XP installation CD again? Any advice?

first thing first
if u want to simply uninstall lILO why not boot with something like knoppix
or if u have a boot disk it will do the job for u as well
u can remove ur lilo
if u want t run XP as first priority

I can't get knoppix if my computer won't boot.

Also, I forgot to mention that I had been running a single partition with ONLY Slackware recently, because I'm guessing something happened to LILO and the MBR. It just went haywire one day and I got the "Operating System Not Found" error, so I just reinstalled Slackware on one big partition.
